St. Clement's music programs are exemplary - comprising two choirs, harpsichord, organ, and various instruments. All enhance our worship and parish life.

There are two choirs at St. Clement's:

Youth Choir (Grades 3-12)

The Youth Choir rehearses and sings each Sunday during the school year. It also supports programs put on the by Sunday School and Youth Group, and participates in special productions, including operas and musical revues.

Adult Choir
The Adult Choir rehearses on Thursday evenings September through May and sings throughout the year, including the summer. A highlight of the choir program is the weekend retreat each autumn at Bishop's Ranch near Healdsburg in the Russian River Valley.

Linda and Victor Gavenda share in the coaching of our choirs and create a celebration of joyful sound every week. They inspire the entire congregation with thoughtful and poignant musical pieces. Linda also supervises the musical offerings for weddings and memorials. Margaret Ruenzel assists Linda with the Youth Choir program.

Corvo String Quartet
This fine ensemble plays regularly at St. Clement's on important feast days and other special occasions. It consists of violinists Sara Usher and Rachel Durling, violist Shira Kammen, and cellist David Morris. The quartet is available to hire for weddings and funerals.

The Really Terrible String Orchestra
On the final Sunday of each month, the RTSO rehearses in the Music Room in Palache Hall. Bring an instrument, stand, and your sense of humor! Under the wing of Corvo String Quartet violinist Sara Usher and cellist David Morris, and sponsored by St. Clement's, this fun and informal gathering is for the musically challenged and passionate adult string players.
